SwiftSwap is a non-custodial service. This means:
We do not collect identity documents. However, we reserve the right to block transactions that appear to violate anti-money laundering regulations or involve sanctioned entities.
SwiftSwap charges a service fee of 1.0% (standard) or 1.5% (fast) on each swap. Additional network fees may apply depending on the blockchain.
Cryptocurrency transactions carry inherent risks including but not limited to: market volatility, technical errors, and loss of funds. You use SwiftSwap at your own risk.
You may not use SwiftSwap for: money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity. Violation may result in IP blocking and reporting to relevant authorities.
SwiftSwap is not liable for: failed transactions due to blockchain congestion, funds sent to incorrect addresses, or losses due to market volatility.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
