SwiftCard collects only the information needed to provide the service: email address, full name, and device information for account creation. We do not require government ID or personal identification unless you voluntarily submit KYC documents for higher limits.
We use your information to: (a) provide the SwiftCard service, (b) send transaction notifications, (c) provide customer support, (d) prevent fraud. We never sell your data.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Private keys are never stored on our servers. We use industry-standard security practices including rate limiting, DDoS protection, and intrusion detection.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact support@swiftswap.net to exercise these rights.
We retain account data while your account is active. After closure, transaction records are kept for 5 years as required by financial regulations, then deleted.
We share data only with: payment processors, KYC verification providers (if you opt-in), and law enforcement when legally required.
