SwiftSwap collects minimal data. We do not require KYC, do not store personal information, and do not sell your data.

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal technical information required for the swap process:

Transaction details (amounts, currencies, wallet addresses)
IP address (for fraud prevention, not stored permanently)
Browser type and basic technical data (for performance)

We do NOT collect: name, email, phone number, ID documents, payment methods.

2. How We Use Information

Transaction data is used solely to process your swap. We do not use it for marketing, profiling, or any other purpose.

3. Data Retention

Transaction records are retained for 90 days for dispute resolution purposes, then permanently deleted.

4. Third Parties

We use ChangeNOW as our swap provider. Their privacy policy applies to the swap execution. We do not share personal data with any other third parties.

5. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for session management and language preferences only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: request deletion of your data, object to processing, and receive a copy of any data we hold about you.
